Apartment description The apartment is located in an elegant, newly built building, on the fourth floor, served by an elevator. It has a large terrace facing west, perfectly livable even on summer evenings thanks to the mosquito net that guarantees comfort and protection. The living room is furnished with a designer sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed, equipped with a 20 cm high mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop and oven: each element has been carefully selected by our architect to combine functionality and aesthetics. The bathroom has a spacious shower, perfect for relaxing moments. A washing machine is also available. The bedroom has been designed down to the smallest detail: it includes a large wardrobe with a designer armchair, and an orthopedic bed. All immersed in an oasis of tranquility just minutes from the center of Milan. The IEO (European Institute of Oncology) is easily accessible on foot, while public transport is just 3 minutes from the entrance gate.
