Self Contained Guesthouse In Peaceful Villa Garden

This newly built guesthouse is in our lush garden in the heart of Gamla Enskede. We are just a few minutes walk from the local subway, Sandsborg. In our immediate neighbourhood are a range of local restaurants, cafes, bakeries & shops, including Delselius Bageri, Enskede Matbod, Tomatis Pizza, Thai & Indian take-aways. Globen & Tele2 Arena are just 10 minutes walk away. The guest house has it's own kitchen & a small bathroom containing a shower & toilet It is ideal for couples & solo travellers The space A fully private guesthouse overlooking our nice garden in the charming villa area of Gamla Enskede. Built in 2015, with an inside space of 15 m2. The inside space is open plan, with the kitchen & bathroom at one end & the comfortable relax / sofa / bed zone at the other. 2 windows provide lots of natural light. The kitchen area has a small fridge, a 2- ring induction hob, and a sink with hot & cold water. Plates, glasses, pots'n'pans & full cutlery are provided The small bathroom is fully tiled and has a toilet, a 'Stockholm shower', underfloor heating, a small sink with mirror cupboard. It also houses the hot water system. The guesthouse is fully insulated for winter temperatures and has it's own electrical fusebox. Please note, the only sleeping space is one comfortable double bed sofa. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy our lush garden ! We can provide a laundry service for guests with longer stays. Other things to note We provide a self-service vegetarian breakfast. (Mostly organic) Fresh bread, rice cakes, crackers, butter, eggs, cheese, marmalade, homemade jam, yoghurt, cornflakes, Granola & orange juice, along with coffee, tea & milk.
