There is a supermarket in front of the apartment, and also a bus stop to go to Bcn. Airport 7 minutes by car The space The apartment has a large living room with a terrace and beautiful views over the treetops. Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, kitchenware, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dryer). It is distributed in 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with bunk beds. It has a full bathroom. It is a third floor without an elevator. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire development where they can enjoy the pool, restaurant, playgrounds and beautiful garden areas. The residential development has direct access to the beach and the promenade, ideal for cycling. On the beach there is a yacht club where you can rent paddle surf boards, catamaran trips and windsurfing and kitesurfing courses. Other things to note - All guests are required to provide documentation for police traveler registration. - Check-ins after 10pm will have an extra charge of €20. - The cleaning fee includes general cleaning of the apartment and changing sheets.
