This 2 bedroom suite is a fresh, chic sanctuary, ideal for those seeking a comfortable and spacious abode. It's easily accessible, well located and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It has 2 plush, private bedrooms and features a large outdoor shared pool, where you can indulge in a refreshing dip! It also has a bright, airy living/dining area, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. To ensure you have a comfortable stay, cleaning services are provided, once per day. A perfect base for your time in Goa! The space Imbibing the spirit of the ocean, sky and earth, this tranquil stay is surrounded by greenery in abundance. It’s prime location between Morjim and Vagator makes it a great home base, while exploring all that Goa has to offer. Designed with modern-day open floor plan layouts and showcasing impeccable finishes, it is located in a secure gated community in Siolim, North Goa, with a large shared swimming pool, free parking, 24 hour security, daily housekeeping and a fully serviced kitchen for self use. This ground floor apartment has an open floor plan living and dining area is furnished with a cushioned sofa, two patchwork armchairs, split air conditioning, coffee table, four-seater dining table set, LED TV with channels to keep you entertained while you’re indoors. Large windows overlook a balcony, which is a perfect spot to grab some fresh air and admire the pool view. The modular kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove and chimney. Free high-speed WiFi is available too. The fully-furnished bedrooms each house a modern king-size bed with a plush 8” mattress for you to sink in, split air conditioning, bedside tables and a large wardrobe to meet your closet space requirements. Windows in both of the bedrooms overlook green views, and are ideal to let some fresh air in. One bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. The other has the bathroom right outside. The two bathrooms are well-appointed with modern fixtures and western sanitary-ware and come with basic toiletries and bath towels. Hand towels are available on request. We don't provide pool towels. The suite is airy, peppered with elegant art, ambient lighting and features 100% power backup for your seamless comfort! Everything works just fine - it feels right at home! We would also like to highlight that this is a residential community best suited for families or friends who are looking to have a calm and relaxing stay. We don't allow any outside visitors during the stay, hookah is banned in the entire premises (indoor or outdoor), we also have a strict no noise policy after 10 pm. Our common pool and gymnasium are available for fixed timings - pool (8 am to 8 pm) and gym (6 am to 6pm). No food or drinks are allowed in these areas. Proper attire is expected and no loud music is allowed. Our check in time is fixed at 3 pm and our check out time is sharp at 11 am. We have a dedicated space for luggage drop offs. Incase you are looking for an early check in or a late check out. Please note that these are subject to availability and extra charges. If you are not willing to pay these - you are welcome to drop off your luggage at the property. In order to ensure the sanctity of our community - we hope you'd abide by these rules.
