Also included are a queen murphy bed, full-size sofabed, office, 24" monitor, 43" LG TV with Netflix. Bedding, towels, plates, pots, cutlery all included. The mattress and sofabed are both firm. The space It's a modern and clean one-bedroom apartment plus den. The windows open to Oak street which is a relatively busy street. The windows are double-paned and block out most of the noise but if you are sensitive to noise you will be better off with earplugs. The queen Murphy bed folds up to provide a large empty space should you need it. Otherwise, it's just like a normal and comfortable bed. The mattress is on the firmer end of the spectrum. A/C is now installed and ready to use. Guest access The whole unit and common rooftop deck. There is a patio dining table on the rooftop deck. No smoking is allowed on the deck or anywhere else in the building or unit. No using the deck after 10:30pm.
