West End Walkup - Private Apartment

Beautifully decorated and spacious private apartment in the heart of Vancouver’s West End. Located just steps away from Robson Street and Denman Street you will be surrounded by delicious restaurants, quaint cafés and all the amenities you could possibly need. Just a short 10 minute walk away from English Bay and the iconic Stanley Park Sea Wall, this is the perfect location for experiencing the best of downtown Vancouver. The space Comfortable and spacious living and dining area with a large window lets in plenty of natural light during the day. Lamp and candle light from the numerous candles provide a lovely chill atmosphere in the evening. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils you need along with essentials such as cooking oil and spices. There is no dishwasher so please be prepared to hand wash any dishes you may use. There is one sparkling clean bathroom with a shower/bath tub combo in the apartment stocked with shampoo and conditioner for guest use. Three Bedrooms provide room for up to 5 people comfortably; if someone wants the couch I can accommodate 6 people: **PLEASE NOTE** In an effort to make the apartment more affordable for travellers looking for an entirely private space without having to pay for unused bedrooms I have created the following pricing structure: 1 guest=Little Room If you book for 1 guest you will be reserving only the “Little Room” for 1 person only. 2 guests=Big Room If you book for 2 guests you are reserving the “Big Room” for 1 or 2 people. 3 guests=Big Room AND Little Room. If you book for 3 guests you are reserving both the Little Room and the Big Room. 4+guests=All three Bedrooms. ***Available only upon request*** The Big Room Big, and bright master bedroom with a new and very comfortable queen size bed. A large window provides lots of natural light while the blackout curtains give you the option of darkness along with privacy. The room has its own radiator to provide separate control over the room temperature and is equipped with an oscillating fan. Maximum 2 people. The Medium Room - available only upon request. Clean and stylish bedroom with a new and very comfortable queen size bed. A large window looks out onto a big beautiful tree on a quiet street. The room has its own radiator to provide separate control over the room temperature and is equipped with an oscillating fan. Maximum 2 people. The Little Room Clean and bright bedroom with a new and very comfortable single bed. This room gets great natural light from the large window. The room has its own radiator to provide separate control over the room temperature. Maximum 1 person. Guest access Fully private access to the apartment including the kitchen, bathroom and living and dining area. Other things to note We use Keycafe to provide you with 24/7 access to the key to make check in as convenient as possible. The key is located at the “7-Eleven” convenience store that is located at 1055 Denman Street which is a few blocks away, about a 5 minute walk, from the apartment. Upon check out the key will need to be returned to the Keycafe. Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 11am. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable extensions and or luggage storage if you need, please just ask and we can try to make it work. House Rules: If anyone in the building asks who you are or who you are visiting please say that you are visiting Rodrigo and/or Michelle. Please do NOT say you are staying in an AirBnb under any circumstance. If you are not comfortable following this rule please do not book, thank you for your understanding in this matter.
