No7 Your Home From Home

No7 is a cosy, clean terrace house in a quiet side street, opposite a garden centre, 2 minutes' walk to The White Bear, one of several restaurants, coffee shops and takeaways within easy walking distance of No7. Various types of tea, which is complimentary, as is the coffee and quality, locally sourced products as much as possible. I have lived in Epworth for over 30 years, and can provide information on local things. It is pet-friendly. Please get in touch with me for further information. The space A bedroom with a double bed with a new orthopedic mattress, cooling fans, dressing gowns and slippers, tea and coffee making facilities. A separate bathroom with shower facility is shared with the host. You are invited to enjoy the garden which offers tables, chairs, a lawn, flower beds and trees, accessible via a separate entrance . It is possible to use the BBQ at additional charge and by prior arrangement. All other rooms of the house are for private use only. There is space for storing a bike - contact me for detailed information. Guest access You are welcome to use some fridge/freezer space. Please let me know if you require this. Please note that all other areas of the property are for private use only. During your stay I will be around for some of the time and when away, you can contact me on my mobile in the event of any emergency. Well-behaved dogs are welcome ( additional charge). Please contact me for details. Other things to note You are welcome to arrive between 15.00hrs and 20.00hrs. Please vacate your room by 11.00a.m. on the day of your departure. I hope you will find our guest room cosy and comfortable. There is a shower ( handheld and overhead) in the bathroom for your use ( please do not use the bath). All other rooms in the house are private. Access to the garden is via a separate entrance.
