It is an open plan with large kitchen, granite island open to the dining room and living room with a beamed cathedral ceiling and fireplace. There is a full bath on the main floor and a nice size deck with gas grill and table leading to a lower deck with hottub! The lower level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; the master bedroom has 1 king bed and enjoys its own en suite bathroom. The second Bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a full bath on the lower level along with laundry facilities. For your convenience all the linens, blankets and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. The splendor of this property goes beyond the indoors. It is located on 5 private acres which feel like a park on Chocorua Lake. The house is set up on a hill above the lake and there is a short meandering path to walk down to sit by the lake, enjoy views of Mt. Chocorua, walk out on the dock, take a swim, paddle around on a canoe, SUP, kayak, or go fishing! There are 2 kayaks for guests to borrow. Other equipment can be rented locally. You can feel safe knowing there are no motorized boats allowed on this lake. The property is located on a quiet back road so bring your mountain bikes to cruise around or take a hike! There are hiking trails abutting the property too. There is enough to do here to never leave. If you do want outside entertainment the house is located close to North Conway, NH and all the Mt.
