Serving with a total of 11 villas, our facility has two types of villas, each of which is thoughtfully designed, Deluxe and Superior. The fact that each villa comes with its personal terrace and private pool promises our guests maximum comfort and a special atmosphere. All of our villas have a capacity of 8 people and consist of 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 3 bathrooms and toilets and fully equipped kitchen. Important Information: Our guest placements are made according to availability, not according to the villa number. The space Our deluxe villas stand out for their special locations that offer a tremendous panoramic view of the sea. All of our villas are equipped with the same interior design and items and include 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 3 bathrooms and toilets and a full kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a large garden with a private pool, a living room and a bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom is also suitable for elderly guests with special requirements. In addition, the bathroom-toilet on this floor offers maximum comfort to our guests by allowing access from both the living room and the bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. One is the ensuite bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom-toilet is inside the room. The other two bedrooms have two single beds. These two bedrooms have a shared bathroom-toilet with access from inside the room. The loft features a landscaped terrace to enjoy the sunset. Our guests can enjoy the view with the table and chair set in this area. Our villas are equipped with complete equipment for holiday needs while attracting attention with a simple and carefully curated interior design. In our villas, which are designed with a minimalist approach away from the crowds, all the details you will need during your holiday have been considered. The only difference to our Deluxe and Superior villas is the view they have. Deluxe villas offer panoramic sea views without any obstacles in front, while Superior villas have partial sea views. Guest access The entire villa will be owned by the guest who booked it. Other things to note Only families are allowed to stay in our facility. Not available for group of friends to stay. Parties and similar events are not allowed. During the stay, attention should be paid to the volume, and there should be no movements that will disturb those staying in other homes.
