Swimming pool with KM & outdoor shower. A simple kitchen is available. Location on Jl. Sulawesi 8 (Jakal km 6), 3 km from UGM, near Malioboro and culinary. Terms to be agreed upon= - NO SMOKING - No pets - No parties, no alcohol, no prostitutes - Turn off the AC, fan, TV, water, unused lights, stove, while you're gone. - Keep all units and the pool clean and tidy. - Throw trash in the trash. (trash can be put in the blue barrel in the yard). - Extra charge (60k/person/night) for more than 6 people (adults and children), maximum capacity 12 people including children, without extra bed, paid after arrival at the homestay.
