Located in the heart of Anjou, we welcome you to our cottage, an old farmhouse full of character. Cozy and functional, the cottage will meet all your needs. Just 5 minutes from the village of Louroux-Béconnais, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. Whether you're passing through for the day, weekend or week, for business or vacation, you'll be welcome at Gîte La Pâquerie! The space An old barn from the period, the gîte was renovated and then enlarged in 2022, preserving the authenticity of the place and the charm of the old. We offer a pleasant furnished gîte, 55 m2, that can comfortably accommodate 1 to 4 people and possibly up to 6 people (sofa bed). It has a separate entrance with a secure access code. On the ground floor; a living room with quality sofa bed (express opening with comfort mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and private toilet. Upstairs; one bedroom with a double bed 140*190 (with curtain separation possible) and 2 single beds 80*200, a private bathroom and toilet. Connected TV and free Wi-Fi. > Beds made on arrival - bed linen and one towel/person provided > Provision of coffee, tea and chocolate powder for breakfast.
