Either town, Fairmont or Morgantown, can be accessed in 15 minutes and this is perfect lodging for Mountaineer football and basketball fans as well as Black Bear fans. Restaurants can be accessed in either of these two cities. OFF THE BEATEN PATH: While we are just about 2.5 miles from the I-79 interchange, the last half mile is lovingly called "bumpy," so you can consider it an authentic WV experience. INTERNET: Our Wi-Fi Internet is provided by the local phone service, and admittedly, is slow and intermittent. Please let us know if you can not access it and we will reset the modem. That usually fixes the problem. In the meantime, we DO get reasonable service from our cell service provider AT&T, and often access the internet through our phones.
