There is ample living space for 6 people and you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. This apartment lets you experience a great example of Cotswold-style living. Whether you’re in the area on business, studying, or looking for somewhere to base yourself as you explore the area for a weekend, a week or even longer, this 3-bed apartment has all the creature comforts and home luxuries you’ll need. The main living area features two sofas, one a very striking red, both ideal for relaxing on after a day out in the fresh air (or working in the office, or maybe training in the hospital). There’s also a dining table in here that comfortably seats four, giving you plenty of space to enjoy whatever you’ve rustled up in the apartment’s kitchen, which is fully equipped to keep appetites satisfied and clothes clean. Speaking of clean, the apartment’s shower room features a modern suite and walk-in shower that will ensure everyone stays fresh, no matter where they’ve been, how far they’ve walked or how muddy it gets. And when sleep calls, you’ll find two of the three beautifully presented bedrooms feature double beds, ideal if nan and grandad are joining the family trip, or if you’re a group of couples looking to escape from the city for a while. The third features two single beds - great for the children. As well as families and groups of friends, the apartment offers corporate clients a great value alternative to booking multiple hotel rooms for colleagues, contractors and/or consultants who need to stay in the area. Guest access The owner of the apartment is delighted to offer you full and exclusive use of the property for the duration of your stay. You will be able to let yourself in when you first arrive, using the self-check-in system that we’ll explain to you when you book (it’s really very easy). Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor and accessible only by stairs. Sorry, there is no elevator in the building. As a resident of Walkers Court, you can also use the communal area outside the front door, which consists of a small courtyard and bench, a great place to sit and relax and reflect. Our doors are open for everyone - the apartment is a safe space for all travellers, within a quiet town that is welcoming of all nationalities and LGBTQ communities. Other things to note The flat is on the second floor and there is no lift. Being in a block, please be considerate to our neighbours. Easy walking distance to Cirencester Town Centre (about 3 minutes) Parking is free on the streets surrounding the apartment, but can be difficult to find, you may need to park in the nearby Abbey Grounds car park which is a short wall away. The property will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.
