Bright Studio flat in the 15th

Welcome to our bright studio flat on the 5th and last floor (without elevator!) Located in a peaceful and convenient neighbourhood, you'll find everything you need a short walk away. It's also close to the most beautiful places in Paris, a 10-15mn stroll on the Seine river banks (located at the end of our street), and you'll find yourself at the foot of the Eiffel Tower (: The space This charming studio flat is located on the last floor of the building (5th, without elevator). We did our best to arrange the place to be as spacious and cosy as possible (: The double bed is a Japanese futon on tatamis (double layers of futon with a layer of latex in the middle, makes it a firm bed but not firm as the traditional ones) There is a 24" screen with cable TV and Prime video, and a quality Hi-Fi system, on which you can plug your device via the hdmi and jack cable The kitchen definitely isn't spacious, but still offers all the functionality you need, even for long stay (we have been living there for years, cooking everyday!) There are two electric vitro-ceramic hot plate, quality oven and espresso machine. As for the bathroom, the shower place is wide, and the window that you can open is nice during hot days. (you can also just see the very top of the Eiffel Tower when showering!) The internet connection is optical fibre (up to 1gb/s speed when connected by ethernet, and up to 200mb/s via Wifi) We are 5mn walk from Charles Michel, where you'll find Beaugrenelle Shopping center, Galeries Lafayette, Monoprix, a Cinema. There's plenty of shops and grocery stores around the flat, and wide variety of restaurants. (happy to give recommendations!) 5mns away from Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School and Mod'Art Fashion School.
