Free unlimited Wifi access. Views of Lake Macquarie. The lake is just across the road, and provides wonderful pathways for walking/running and bike riding. The amazing Speers Point park is also a few minutes walk from the house. Cafes and the local Pipis at the Point Restaurant next door. Guest access Guests have the entire home to themselves. Other things to note House only has a small kitchen table (which can squeeze 4 onto it), not a large dining table. We have a bar bench on back deck, which ajoins kitchen bifold window, with 3 bar stools. We have an office desk within main living area with an office chair. The day bed and Sofa lounge is suitable for additional beds, particularly children. Options for the use can be discussed on enquiry. Additional linen is available on request, at a charge of $20. But guests are required to bring their own blanket/doona. We provide 1x bath towel per guest which are left on top of the bathroom vanity. Additional towel usage may be charged additional $6/towel, unless staying for more than 2 nights. (sorry to add this, but the occasional previous guests go overboard with towel usage with no consideration) Other things to note Additional rules We provide a dishwasher and dishwashing products. We request that guests clean all their dishes before departure. We are happy to put clean dishes away if guests put a dishwasher load on before check out. We request that respect and care is taken of our house and that it is left in a reasonable clean condition for our cleaner to come in and do a more thorough clean before arrival of the next guests. We will request an additional cleaning fee of $30+ if additional cleaning time is required, or additional money to cover costs of damages if any damage occurs to our house or property.
