The space This stylish Coach House is set in a quiet conservation area, it’s within easy reach of Brighton city centre (bus stop 2 mins away or a 25 minute walk to the lanes), South Downs National Park & the sea. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including good wifi, SKY, large HDTV, american fridge-freezer, dishwasher & coffee machine. Building: The Coach House Private Garden Off Street parking Amenities: Professionally cleaned Hotel-quality high thread-count bed linen and towels 24/7 check-in Fully-equipped kitchen The house will be professionally cleaned in preparation for your stay and wifi is available throughout. Private walled garden courtyard: Exterior off street parking for 1 vehicle. Access to Coach House via private lane for pedestrians and vehicles. COVERED BIKE STORE for storage of up to 2 adult + 2 children bicycles. One 'shopper' bike with lock provided for guest use during stay within Bike Store. Living room: Large patio doors let the light flood in Tastefully decorated with unique finishing touches. Ideal space to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Kitchen: Fully-equipped with everything you could need to make a meal. Appliances include: Oven Hob American Fridge Freezer Microwave Coffee Machine Dishwasher Washing Machine Kitchen table + 4 chairs Bedrooms: Room 1: Double bed, storage Room 2: Twin beds Chest of drawers in each room. Our lovely neighbours have built a fence behind the Coach House that means making a 3 point manoeuvre which is very easy (I’ll send clear instructions before checking in). Only large vans cannot fit. If this is the case I have parking permits for the main road.
