Guest access 📌 There are no shared spaces — the unit is completely private, offering you a quiet and comfortable place to relax, work, or explore the city from. Enjoy the full range of amenities, including the kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathroom, and in-suite laundry. Other things to note ✅ A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay To ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, I kindly ask that guests treat the space with the same care and respect as they would their own home. Out of consideration for my neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evening hours. While you're welcome to relax and unwind, parties and events are not permitted. 🚫 Please note that smoking, vaping, or the use of cannabis is not allowed inside the suite. 🕚 Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 📋 After booking, you’ll need to complete a short guest registration form—it only takes a minute. 🏢 The building is dual business and residential, so you will find it very quiet. This rental loft includes one reserved parking spot in the underground garage. The reserved spot is the only permitted one in the garage. The key fob will allow access to the garage door and elevators, after business hours. Complete parking instructions provided before check-in. Please note there is a hotel being constructed next door. You may hear noise weekdays and Saturdays. There is no construction on sundays. Travel Tip: 🛬 Flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport? I highly recommend the UP Express train. It’s a smooth 25-minute ride to Union Station with free WiFi onboard. From there, it’s just a quick 10-minute Uber or taxi to the building—super convenient and a great way to skip city traffic! 🏋️‍♂️ There’s GoodLife Fitness Gym just down the street. It's a great option for guests looking to stay active during their visit. Be sure to check the GoodLife website — they often offer complimentary workout passes for new visitors! 📦 Please note that the property is not set up to receive mail, packages, or courier deliveries for short-term rental guests. If you need to receive a package during your stay, you’re welcome to use a nearby Canada Post office or a Penguin Pickup location — both are convenient alternatives. 🍔 For food delivery services (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), kindly meet your driver outside the main front entrance, as building access cannot be granted to delivery personnel. 🧻 To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of your stay — including items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc. Please note that we do not replenish these items during your stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby stores for easy restocking. 🚨 In the event of an emergency, dial 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services. The emergency exit route is through the front door and down the building’s stairwells. Please do not use the elevator during an emergency.
