The house offers fantastic sea views across three floors, there are two lounges and a large kitchen dining room Seaview front garden, private rear patio garden with rear access to a garage and parking space. The space The house is located directly on the beach front and has wonderful views across the sea. The house is across three floors so will offer enough space and privacy for larger families or groups. We are also Pet Friendly. Downstairs we have a lounge with views overlooking the sea, spacious kitchen diner with access to rear patio garden and a downstairs w/c. Second floor we have a master bedroom with ensuite and a family sized lounge with digital TV and SKY. Lounge is seafront facing and you can see stunning views across the sea perfect for watching waves and sunsets. Top floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one single. There is a family bathroom with overhead shower. Outside areas, large enclosed patio garden with table and chairs and direct access to garage. There is also a small front garden overlooking the sea. This would be an ideal home from home beach getaway to relax, enjoy the fresh sea air and watch amazing sunsets. Guest access Parking Guests can park their vehicles in our garage which fit one small to medium sized car. There is also a driveway infront of our garage to fit a second vehicle. Please be respectful of neighbours and do not park in any other driveways. There are payable public car parks nearby, or off street parking walking distance to the property if you will be bringing any more vehicles. Guests can access the house from the front door I will provide you a lock code to for self check in before your arrival. There is access to the garage from the back garden, and a side gate for rear access from the house if needed. Please keep the garden gate locked if not in use as it can get windy being on seafront. Other things to note We are pet friendly if you would ofcourse like to bring along your well behaved four legged friends.
