The house is surrounded by a private orchard with fruit trees. This private accommodation is on the ground floor of the house. Bedroom with access to terrace and great views. The owners also live in the building. Our animals - dog, cats, chickens, goats - are free on the farm. We are musicians, you can listen and play instruments. The space In this large country house there are two spacious private accommodations in addition to the space reserved for our usual dwelling. On the ground floor you will have your own entrance door and a large open-planned room with high ceilings consisting of a kitchen-dining-living room with a double sofa bed, a full bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds for your personal and private use. Our respective areas of the house are connected by an interior door that can remain closed on both sides for the duration of your stay, guaranteeing your and our privacy. If you are staying for a longer period of time, we may occasionally ask for permission to access your room in case we need to repair something urgently in the house. The other accommodation is in the attic of the building. We owners live on the middle floor and part of the basement floor. The house is surrounded by a large garden of 7000 square metres on a south-facing hillside. The estate is planted with fruit trees (kiwis, citrus fruits, apples, pears, cherries...) according to the principles of organic farming, so you can enjoy fresh fruit almost all year round. The house is on the outskirts, about 2500 metres from the centre of the fishing village of Cedeira. It is a quiet place, but you may hear a rooster crowing and dog barking or the wind or rain at the window. Occasionally, agricultural machinery can be heard. It is also worth mentioning that, from time to time, fiestas are held, especially in July and August, and you can hear music in the valley until the early hours of the morning and fireworks in the morning. We try to be a quiet family, but sometimes we can be heard. We are delighted to hear childish noise in the house. Our animals roam free on the farm. The outside areas are shared with our family of 4 and the guests of the other accommodation. This place is ideal for couples or families with up to 4 children. The views of the Esteiro valley, the estuary and the lush eucalyptus groves are very attractive. Public transport stops close to the house but services are limited. Having a car or other private vehicle may be advisable. Guest access You will have access to your home with total privacy. We will share all the outdoor areas of the house and the property. The washing machine is located in a common area and will be shared with the guests in the attic. There are two barbecue areas on the property.
