Coolart Studios - Studio One

A great place to relax and unwind after your day out at the beach or touring around the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. The studio has a king size bed, a spacious living room and a large deck to chill out. The space There is a lovely relaxing feel to CoolartStudios. Being amongst tall gums listening to the chirping birds away from the city traffic is very relaxing. Guest access The studios are at the front of our property. There are native gardens to wander around. Other things to note PETS: Very well behaved pets are welcome but we need to know - please contact Eric to discuss prior to booking if you wish to bring your pet with you. There is a flat fee to pay of $75 per pet, no matter the length of your stay. Please note if your pet does have an accident on the rugs or chews any furniture there will be an addition charge for cleaning and or repairs.
