Country setting. One room studio located in the desert north of Fruita, Colorado. BLM borders two sides of the property. Very quiet. You can ride your bike, atv, or 4-wheel drive vehicle to the BLM trails from here. Located in area 30 and a short drive to area 21 for hunting. Short distance to Loma boat dock if you are wanting to raft the Colorado river. Near Highline State Park. NOTE: We are located on a dirt road. The space Great place for people wanting to enjoy the outdoors. Other things to note We do live on a dirt road that can be dusty or muddy. Please keep travel speed at 20 mph maximum.
