Your apartment is fully furnished in a cozy, contemporary style, accommodates 1-3 people and includes all your needs from fresh sheets, bath towels and high-speed wireless internet. Since the apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen, it is also ideal for long-term residents. Guest access The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator. Long-term residents have access to the washing machine in the basement by means of a washing card that can be topped up. Other things to note The apartment is rented "unserviced," which means the tenant is responsible for tidying up, washing, cleaning, etc. for the entire stay. The apartment will of course be cleaned upon your arrival and handed over with freshly made beds. No other person has access to your rented apartment. For short-term residents, we provide enough fresh bath towels and the like for the duration of the stay. Long-term residents get access to the washing machine in the basement.
