On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, our luxury 16 foot Shepherd's Hut was built and professionally fitted in 2021. It has a shower room with WC, a log burner, fitted bed, kitchen unit with mini fridge and inside dining table. No cooker in the hut. There is a toaster and a kettle. We can provide a breakfast. Outside there is 16x9' external decking a gas BBQ for cooking,chiminea. Stunning views. The hut is on our own 3.5 acre smallholding . We do not allow dogs in the hut. The space We have taken great care to ensure our guests enjoy every comfort. Every item was brand new in May 2021, and of the best quality. Our aim is to provide our guests with the best possible attention to detail and service. Guest access Our guests have free roam of our 3.5 acre small holding Other things to note We can offer details of wild swimming which is available approx one mile from the property. Please do ask for details if you are interested . Our local pub 'The Glasshouse' is a 20min walk and has a fantastic reputation for gastronomic food, good wines and refreshing beers and ciders. SADLY CURRENTLY CLOSED. We highly recommend The Crown at Lea which is a 6 minute drive away. We do offer a breakfast menu as an extra. We supply one basket of firewood, kindling and firelighters. Further supplies are available from nearby garages and shops or we can provide for £5 a bucket.
