Welcome to your oasis of well-being in Cologne-Poll! The spacious apartment impresses with high ceilings, large windows and bright rooms that immediately give a feeling of coziness and freedom. The location is perfect: only 4 km to downtown Cologne and in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine. This makes the apartment suitable for couples, families and business travelers who appreciate comfort, space and good connections. The space his home is intentionally calm and uncluttered—perfect for people who are out during the day and want a relaxed place to come home to in the evening. You’ll have a private bedroom as your personal retreat. In addition, there is a separate lounge with a seating area and dining table. This lounge is generally a shared space, but I don’t use it, so in most cases it’s almost entirely available to guests. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The locked room in the apartment is used by me during the day as a coaching/office space and is not a classic guest living room. In the evenings it’s often very quiet, and as a guest you’ll usually be mostly on your own in the apartment (without this being a fixed promise—it’s simply the typical situation). Who is it ideal for? Great for temporary stays in Cologne: project work, studies, training courses, work assignments, commuting phases or as a short-term solution. If you’re out a lot during the day and appreciate a calm, respectful atmosphere in the evening, this is a very good fit. Interaction I’m easy to reach. I may be working on site during the day; in the evenings the apartment is often very quiet. Notes on shared use A mindful, clean shared atmosphere is important to me.
