La Buissonnière - 12/14 people with pool

Looking for a getaway in Burgundy? This pretty house surrounded by vineyards and overlooking the hill of Taizé, 4 km from the Château de Cormatin and 10 minutes from Cluny will make you happy. La Buissonnière is our country house, our detox retreat where we like to experience moments full of joy with family, around a fire or near the pool, for a bike ride or a hike. Very nicely restored, we have furnished it to experience unforgettable moments. The space La Buissonnière is equipped with a heated swimming pool accessible from May to September. It is a 10 x 4 heated and salt-treated in-ground pool surrounded by a wooden terrace. The house comprises: - a fully equipped kitchen and back kitchen (fridge, freezer, wine cellar) - a large living room with TV, internet, connected speaker, books and a wood stove. Meals are eaten on the large family table. A sofa (possibly convertible into a single extra bed) - an outdoor dining area and sofa with barbecues and brazier In terms of sleeping accommodations: - a TV room that turns into a bedroom (double sofa bed) with access to a private bathroom and direct access from the outside via the pool terrace 🏊‍♀️ - 2 people in a 140 cm double sofa bed - a master suite with double bed (160), bathroom, toilet and dressing room, access possible via the outside - 2 people in a double bed of 160 cm - a bedroom with 4 bunk beds of 90 cm, 4 extra mattresses available, a dedicated toilet - 4 to 6 people (including 2 mattresses on the floor) in beds of 90 cm - a small extra bedroom with bathroom and a 80 cm x 200 cm bench bed convertible into a 160 x 200 cm double bed - 2 people in a double bed. (be careful, there is little space when the sofa is unfolded, it's really for extra space) Next to the house a studio of 35 m2 with full access, terrible view of the countryside, a double bed, a kitchen, a living room, a shower and a toilet - 2 people in a bed of 160 x 200. We also have 4 additional 90 x 200 mattresses that can be used as an extra bed for large groups, we can accommodate a total of 13 people. We can also lend bikes because we are on a hiking trail, lots of walks to do around. The house and studio are rented together and are completely private, you will be alone and nothing is shared with strangers. Guest access The house is fully accessible except for the common areas (garages, sheds, technical rooms) Other things to note - Housekeeping fees include cleaning the entire house before check-in and after check-out. - Linen fees cover the supply and cleaning of the linen provided (sheets and towels) - Miscellaneous costs include current charges (water, heating, electricity, gas, pool heat pump, air conditioner, etc.)
