Counter top, cabinets, back-splash and appliances The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cooking and baking tools/utensils. There is a Vita Mix for making smoothies. We are coffee aficionados so there is full array of coffee making accessories. Drip coffee maker, pour over, french press and a Chemex. There is also an automatic electric Jura espresso maker! The dining area has an an antique mid century modern authentic wood table and four chairs. There are there extra chairs around the unit if more people are coming for dinner The living room has furniture this is only 3 years old and a very large comfy sectional. This can be used as an extra sleeping space. Also a reclining easy chair and fully operational HDTV. The TV has cable and also Wi-Fi access for Netflix, Hulu and Amazon prime etc. etc. The unit us equipped with a wi-fi based full condo Sonos sound system! One speaker in the kitchen, one in the dining area and two in the living room. There is also one in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with head and footboard. The mattress is only one year old and was very expensive. Super high quality sheets, pillows and bedding. The HDTV in the bedroom has all the same features as the living room TV. The master bedroom has an extra large closet for clothes in storage. The master bath has a walk-in shower and single sink full mirror little cabinet and exhaust fan. Second bathroom has a shower and tub. The washer and dryer are full-size and are located outside and an enclosed area on the back patio. We have 4 large Adirondack chairs with cushions that are perfect for the back yard or the beach! We are particular about the aesthetic components of our unit. Our art is tasteful and in many cases exclusive. Almost all of our lights have dimmers so the proper ambience can be achieved. Will provide linens for the bed, towels for the shower and also beach towels. We welcome you to use the supplies in the pantry and showers and condiments in the refrigerator. All we ask is that you replace those when you leave. We have owned this unit for over 28 years and are particular about all of the contents and the cleanliness. There are a few rules that we would politely and respectfully ask that you abide by. Please don’t take any food or drinks outside of the kitchen/dining room area. All of the furniture is a light color or gray it will stain quite easily. There are instructions to use a variety of appliances and ask that you follow those carefully.
