In one bedroom it has a king size bed with a nice small sitting area and a television in the front. In the second bedroom there are again one king size bed with a bathroom and a fully equipped pantry kitchen with a toaster and a refrigerator too. Comfortable for four to five persons. This studio has its own 'personal outdoor seating' overlooking the Doon Valley apart from the main Terrace sit out area. It also has its own water back up. Kindly note, both these rooms are interconnected. Each unit is entitled to one designated free parking spot within the compound. Additional vehicles can be accommodated if space is available. The guest with additional vehicle should be prepared to use nearby paid parking facilities if all spots are occupied. The apartments have their own water backup supply. Rules and regulations for extended stays differ from those already cited on the page. Please contact us for further details. *Heaters* are provided on request at a cost of Rs300/- per heater per night. Guests are requested not to carry their own heaters, blowers, electric blankets, etc. If so, additional charges will apply. No power backup is available. In case of bad weather, we do face power cuts. Emergency lights are provided.
