Roku TV Main floor bedroom with Queen and Twin bed. Roku TV, books and games Lofted twin beds give the children a space of their own. Washer and Dryer are located in a shared building with the condo association. The building is located near the pool. It is a brown building labled- Laundry. It is free. Once at the condo you can walk everywhere on the resort. Skiing is just across the parking lot. Buy your lift tickets online so you can walk right to the ski lift. Restaurants, adventure center, golf, deer lake all within walking distance of the condo. Guest access The resort has many amenities to offer. Some are free and others have additional costs which can be found by visiting the Boyne website. A short walk to BoyneLand ski lift, avalanche bay and tennis courts. You'll also have access to Deer Lake about 1/2 mile away and they have beautiful sandy beaches and amenities like boche ball, volleyball, paddle board rentals and more. New bike path installed Spring 2020 that connects Boyne Mountain to Boyne City 6 miles away. Other things to note ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Pool and Spa info: The heated pool at the condo association is open seasonally (typically Memorial Day - Labor Day). This is free to use. Their are two resort pools and hot tubs you can use if you purchase day passes at the Main Lodge hotel desk. These passes range in pricing and are subject to availabilitiy. Typically $20-$30. The Main lodge has a indoor/ outdoor year round heated pool and two hot tubs. The Clock Tower also has a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Both locations have gyms and can be used with the purchase of the day pass mentioned above.
