A cozy one bedroom apartment, with a big lounge and fully-equipped open kitchen. The bedroom has a fully-equipped ensuite bathroom. The apartment is on the third floor, with two balconies, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. It has all the necessary amenities, and easy access to the amazing rooftop terrace overlooking the nile river and Luxor Temple. It is perfectly located on the quiet and peaceful west bank of the Nile, just five minutes crossing the river to the city center. The space Welcome to Our Villa in Luxor This one bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of our privately owned four-storey villa, which contains five fully equipped apartments available year-round for guests. Each apartment has a private entrance, while all residents share access to two rooftop terraces with breathtaking views—including the majestic River Nile. Aside from these shared areas, you can expect privacy and comfort in your apartment at all times. I will usually be available during your stay. If I am away, my cousin Mohamed, will be happy to assist you with anything you need—whether that’s arranging transportation, booking tours or balloon rides, purchasing tickets, or helping you explore the local area. As a native of Luxor, I love sharing my knowledge and passion for my hometown and can also guide you to nearby farms and places of local interest should you wish.
