Osmos is a house in the mountains!

We (I @tanya.nikina and my husband @os.dja) built a house from the foundation to the furniture covers with our own hands without any involvement of workers. It took about two years :) Some things are still in the process of completion, but it does not affect the quality of life. We tried to think through the house as much as possible, to make it with soul, because we understand how important it is to get the most out of your vacation, including aesthetic pleasure ✨ The space The house is very conveniently located — between the Azau glades/foot of Elbrus (3 km) and Cheget (2 km) in the village of Terskol (landmark for the navigator: house No.1) next to the Ministry of Emergency Situations and 1 min walk from the largest grocery store «Sofia». Otherwise, 3-5 minutes by car to the lifts. We were wildly lucky with the views — Cheget and Elbrus (to the Krugozor station) can be seen from the window, as if in the palm of your hand. Guest access The house has two floors and a terrace. We hope to fully develop the barbecue area in the spring. 🏕FIRST FLOOR (35 sqm) A kitchenette A hallway • common room + large table A dryer A rest room (2 people) • Bathroom (shower and toilet + hairdryer) 🏕SECOND FLOOR (15 sqm) • A lounge room (2 people) A lounge room (2 people) • space between (house for a maximum of 6 people) The entire @osmos_place is warm, there is hot water, wi-fi, iron, as well as towels, dishes, stove, fridge and bed linen. Parking space for cars is 30 m away. Other things to note We are PETS FRIENDLY, i.e. we accept guests with pets. There are some nuances, you need to clarify in a personal conversation.
