The lakes are minutes away and invite you to sail, swim and walk. The Munich city center is easily accessible by car (A96) in 30 minutes or by S-Bahn in 40 minutes.. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (coffee machine, electric kettle, electric cooker and fridge). There is a shower and toilet in the bathroom. Animals not allowed. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. There is a parking space available. The house is located directly on the ampere.
