The guest house is located in the center of Hamburg, in the middle of the university district of Grindel, Messe, CCH. Central connection buses, U+S-Bahn. Various sights, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are located in a quiet backyard. You can drive to the yard from 3pm to 6pm to load and unload, but you cannot park. There is the possibility to park 10 minutes from here for 25 € per night. With registration, there are 2 parking spaces available. The space Your room has an own bathroom with shower at your disposal. There is also a ventilation system. The guest house is very quiet, but also slightly dark towards the inner courtyard. The view outside isn't the prettiest, since we are located in a commercial space, but the location within Hamburg is incredibly good. There is a shared kitchen if you feel like cooking, or drinking a coffee. Towels and bedding are at your disposal. Very central and close to the Messe. Guest access Communal kitchen, common area and personal room. There is another toilet in the hallway. The oven is currently unavailable. Other things to note It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the building (not even in the stairwell), any smoke development will trigger the smoke detector and an emergency service must come. An amount of €250 will be charged for this. Removing the smoke detector also triggers an alarm. There is a smoking area in front of the house.
