We provide duvets, pillows; each tenant must bring their own linens (duvet covers, towels, bath sheets) or have the option to rent them. Departure cleaning is not included; each tenant has the choice to book it (ask at the office reception) or to do it themselves. Key pickup is at the office except in case of late arrival (call the office if this is the case). In high season, key handover is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., depending on the progress of the cleaning teams following the departure of the previous tenants. Under no circumstances will the tenant be able to take advantage of a goodwill gesture for a key handover at 6:00 p.m. In low seasons, arrival times can be much more flexible, do not hesitate to call the office. If the accommodation is ready much earlier, we contact the tenants directly so that they can settle in under the best conditions.
