In July and August, booking is only from Saturday to Saturday. In a peaceful and residential area, 200 m from the ocean, this air-conditioned, very cozy bungalow accommodates 2 people with an en-suite shower room, kitchenette, beautiful terrace and free parking. 3 km from the city center and at the start of many bike paths. Between water sports and hiking trails... The space We call it the bungalow, because as soon as you enter it, you feel like you're on vacation at the end of the world... It's an outbuilding of the house, but right next door, which allows the guest to be totally free. Access is only possible via the outside staircase. This is an improved room for independence. Small clarification, the slope of the roof does not allow you to stand up at the level of the bed as well as the toilet. See the photos. No improvement possible on this subject, I can't push the walls and the roof!! It's also what makes the bungalow so charming. The bedroom and bathroom are separated only by a wire curtain. The bungalow is in fact only one room of the 15 m² (6 m² in Carrez law due to the ceiling height) but with a large terrace. Guest access The outdoor terrace with table and garden furniture, free parking but also the tennis court. During your stay The bungalow is independent, so I respect the privacy of guests but I remain at their disposal for any information on the attractions of Capbreton and its surroundings.
