Cozy house in a villa, by the sea

It is our beloved "casadeinonni", spacious, cozy and in a unique location, right on the sea. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation with the whole family, immersed in nature and with all the space you need to be together. Bordering the beach with a balcony overlooking the sea, a large terrace for outdoor dining and a large garden with a children's play area. Large living room, equipped kitchen, 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (+ 1 small bathroom) for up to 14 people. (gov it/P2734) The space It is the main apartment of our large villa, bordering a little-known beach, to which it has direct access, and suitable for fully enjoying the sea. The apartment, which has a balcony overlooking the beach below, is comfortable and very hospitable: large bedrooms with air conditioning, living room with two tables, large kitchen with 2 refrigerators, oven and dishwasher. The villa is also equipped with large open spaces for eating, resting, playing, and showering, which are well lit even at night. It has a parking area in a secluded position from the house, so that cars are not a nuisance. Guest access The entire apartment, the terrace, and, shared with the other two apartments that together make up the villa, the large garden, which includes a small pine forest with a children's play area and a small olive grove, recently planted. However, each apartment has its own private area, although not fenced, which guarantees privacy. A large side of the garden, at different heights, borders the beach and the rocks: the sea is a constant companion even without going down to the beach! For all apartments (shared) there is a laundry room, an area for hanging out the laundry (in addition to the drying racks provided in the individual apartments) and a large parking lot, shaded in summer, located on the outer edge of the garden. Other things to note From Torre di Bari Sardo you can easily visit many other beaches, to the south Perd'e Pera, Su Mari Dividiu, Su Sirboni, to the north Cea, Porto Frailis, Santa Maria Navarrese, and even further north the famous coves of the Gulf of Orosei. But the beach below the house is so convenient that it is difficult to overcome laziness. Inland, we recommend the Tacchi d'Ogliastra, the Golgo, Perda Liana sui Monti, the contemporary art museum "La Stazione dell'Arte" in Ulassai and the Seui museum itinerary.
