Located on the north coast of Finistère, in Kerlouan, our house is located in the Poulfeunteun district on a private plot of about 500 m2 partly surrounded by hedges about 600 m from the beach and 4 km from the village. Access by gravel road. Outdoor parking. Quiet area. Well-equipped house. Cleaning must be done before departure. Possibility to rent sheets for €16 per bed and towels €5/pers. Optional cleaning €100 The space 6-person semi-detached house with independent and opposite entrance on private land. Ground floor: 1 living room with exit to terrace, Astra satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, 1 open kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto, 1 game room/office and children's games, 1 cellar with MAL, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, barbecue, parasol and 1 toilet with hand washbasin Floor: 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1 and 2 with 140 cm beds and bedroom 3 (2 90 cm beds) and bathroom with shower, sink and 1 toilet. Exterior: garden furniture with 6 chairs and 2 deckchairs Heating is an extra €15 per day Security deposit €300 Other things to note Please note, minimum 7-night rental in July and August Possibility to rent sheets for €20 per person The cleaning must be done at the end of the stay, optional possibility €100. A clean and tidy appearance is required when you leave the premises. Dishes and appliances clean and tidy, garbage cans emptied, surfaces clean, floors vacuumed and washed, toilets and bathroom washed. Dishwasher emptied, refrigerator cleaned. In case of non-compliance with this condition, a cleaning fee will be requested. Please note that check-in is after 4 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m.
