Littlebrook Cottage @ Margaret River on 200ac farm

Littlebrook Cottage is a cosy cottage with a lovely outlook in a rural setting, suitable for families, couples or small groups of friends. Situated on a small farm property with open paddocks and areas of bushland, the cottage is 10 minutes' drive from Margaret River township. Cowaramup, with its quirky cows along the highway, is on the way. Close to local breweries and vineyards, Littlebrook Cottage offers peace and privacy while being near to all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The space Set up as a home away from home, Littlebrook Cottage is welcoming and inviting. Tea and coffee is provided, as well as a few other pantry staples (such as salt and pepper, cooking oil etc.). All taps are connected to our rainwater system, so the water is fresh and safe to drink. There is ample space for parking; wood for the slow-combustion heater is provided during the colder winter months, with reverse-cycle air-conditioning also available. A family-size barbecue is provided, as well as access to a tennis court near the main house. We use mostly eco friendly enzyme-based cleaning products; offer recycling for glass, plastic and cardboard; and provide family-sized shampoos etc to cut down on single-use plastics. If you'd like to check the layout of rooms, there is a diagram at the end of our photo gallery (please note that Bedroom 3 now has a Queen bed - it is not a twin as shown). Guest access You will be able to use all of the cottage and its garden, as well as surrounding bushland and paddocks (as long as the cows aren't in there!). Feel free to walk around and enjoy the space and scenery. Other things to note We have a tennis court which guests are welcome to use. It is near the main house, which is about 300m from the cottage.
