Private yet close to amenities - grocery, LCBO, fuel, boat launch, hiking, kayaking, X-country skiing and more. 2 large bedrooms, 1 small bedroom with bunk bed and 2 bathrooms. BBQ, fire pit, canoe provided. Additional tents permitted by request (Additional fees may apply). The space Deck facing water, closed in porch for gear or additional sleep space. Brand new stove, fridge and microwave. Loaded kitchen with toaster, dishes, cups, utensils ++ included. Large freezer onsite too, just plug in if required. No smoking indoors. Guest access Full access to cottage and property including canoe on site. Other things to note Outdoor fire pit available UNLESS fire ban is in place per Ministry of Natural Resources. Check MNR website for details or can be provided. Boating, fishing, canoeing, water-skiing, swimming on calm, quiet river from the back door. World class kayaking school "Paddler Co-op" only 2 miles away for those more adventurous. Mt Madawaska only 20 minutes from cottage. Hundreds of square miles of public access for snowmobilers & 4 wheelers (permits and insurance recommended by OPP).
