Pets are not allowed, however, guests should feel comfortable with our dogs roaming the property; #3. Guests should feel comfortable with steps as this is a 2nd floor unit. The space Note on cleanliness: Between guests we clean RiverCliff Cottage and wash or change out throws, duvet covers, all bed linens, pillow case protectors, etc. as well as disinfect all "touch" points in the unit. There is no "surprise" cleaning fee attached to the rate. Guests love staying in RiverCliff Cottage Airbnb. It features a fully furnished kitchen. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy our riverbank frontage. We do ask that they ask us where our boundaries are so that no one will inadvertently trespass on neighbors property. Guests may fish off the banks of our property as well as wade fish in the river. Guests staying at RiverCliff Cottage will have a more enjoyable experience if they like dogs as we do have three dogs roaming the property. Unfortunately, we are not pet friendly as our dogs are a bit territorial. Other things to note This is a no smoking unit nor do we allow smoking on the porch or grounds. Likewise, we allow and accept only two adult guests at a time, and we ask that guests to not sleep on the couch. Rivercliff Cottage is in a rural area and provides an extra bit of security since it's also behind an electronic gate which is opened by keypad. Fun facts: Guests are always interesting. A few of our past guests include a Russian Orthodox Priest, authors, forensic cyber security expert, seamstresses and quilters finishing their projects, traveling pet sitter, doctors writing papers, doctors wanting to sleep all weekend (during Covid), songwriters, musicians, traveling nurses, architects and mom and dads who live nearby yet need a weekend away from the kiddos, etc. Many, many of our guests visit the Devil's Bathtub, Great Channels and Mendota Trail while here. Whatever the reason, they--and you-- are very welcome.
