The Julia Room is located on the second floor of the extravagant McKenzie House, a Queen-Anne style Victorian home with a gorgeous wrap-around porch. With a King sized bed, intricately tiled bathroom including a walk-in shower, this is the perfect bedroom for couples (or single-travelers) who are looking for a quieter room. The space Located 5 blocks away from downtown Gainesville, the Sweetwater Branch Inn is a unique staple in town. Our property comprises two historical Victorian houses, a courtyard, and well-maintained garden. The space truly feels like an oasis. Guest access In addition to our lovely gardens and courtyard, here at Sweetwater Branch Inn, you have access to your private room, the common living areas, and a guest fridge and microwave on the second floor of the McKenzie house. You also have access to our putting green, pool, hot tub, and free bike rentals. During your stay Innkeeper is on site from 9:00am - 9:30pm, Monday through Saturday, and 9:00am - 7:00pm on Sunday. If you have an emergency, you can call the owner who is on call after 9:30pm. We give you her information at check-in
