Comfort apart with balcony, Plaza España (1842)
Description
This apartment is bright, practical, and has everything you need so you don't miss home. Strategic location: Plaza España and Montjuïc are right next door, so you’ll be very well connected (getting lost is almost a personal challenge here). The best thing about Hostafrancs is that, although we are close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet at night. Plus, you’ll be within walking distance of authentic neighborhoods like Sants or Poble Sec, in case you fancy seeing the real Barcelona and not just the one on postcards. The space This apartment is designed so that four people can live together without getting in each other’s way. You have two private bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a second one with two twin beds. The balcony is the perfect complement to the natural light in the living room. It is designed for you to go out and get some air, read a bit, or simply enjoy the Barcelona weather from the balcony. A simple luxury, but one that is greatly appreciated at the end of the day. No need to pack your suitcase with shampoo, soap, towels, a hair dryer, or an iron; you’ll find everything here. If you are coming with children or infants, please let us know in advance; if we have availability, we will provide you with a crib or high chair so you don’t have to lug them around the house. Honestly, we don’t think you’ll need it with everything there is to see in Barcelona, but you do have a TV in case one night you decide that the best plan is simply to stay in and watch a movie. Guest access The apartment is yours while you’re here, so feel free to use anything you find. We will make sure that everything works as it should and that you lack nothing. We’re not fortune-tellers, but we’re pretty close, so if you need anything, just let us know. Other things to note A couple of important notes: About the tourist tax (the City Council’s “gift”) Please take a look at the House Rules. There, we explain the details of the Barcelona tourist tax, which is €6.25 per adult (over 17 years of age) per night. Please note that, by municipal decision, the rate will increase to €9.50 starting April 1, 2026. We’re letting you know now to avoid any confusion upon arrival. This money goes straight to the government (we don’t keep it for ourselves to go on vacation, unfortunately); that’s why we prefer to handle it separately. Thank you for understanding. Coexistence and common sense We love relationships based on respect and trust. We want you to enjoy the apartment, but also to take care of it as if it were your own (or even better, if possible). To ensure we all remain friends, please keep three key points in mind: No parties: The apartment is for relaxing, not for throwing a dance party. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM: The neighbors are lovely, and we want them to remain so. No smoking: To keep the air fresh for everyone.
