Private basement with two queen beds, couch, memory foam cot (upon request), full bathroom, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, snacks, mini fridge (no freezer), WiFi, and a TV. Bedrooms have curtains, not doors. One AC/heating unit for whole home. We will be upstairs during your stay. We are not loud but you will hear us walk around upstairs. There is a walkout door to backyard. You will be able to park on the east side of the driveway. Walkway to backyard is well lit. The space Pets might be allowed upon requests. We do not allow smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
