Welcome to our eclectic, Georgian home by the sea with beautiful art, stunning sea views from floor to ceiling windows & balcony where you can enjoy the ever changing colour of the sea that Turner often painted . Overlooking the renowned Winter Gardens and Ampitheatre, minutes from the Turner Gallery and on the edge of the Old Town with easy access to the amazing restaurants of Margate , including famous Angelas, Bottega Caruso & Sargasso to list a few. The space Our home has 4 flights of stairs and glass furnishings and hasn't been childproofed, but we are happy to host families with children. Its spread over 3 floors, the first floor takes you to a bathroom with modern freestanding bathtub. The 2nd floor takes you to the stunning open plan lounge with designer furnishings, lighting, artwork and direct sea-views out of floor to ceiling sash windows, as well as dining area with table and chairs for six, and the kitchen. Up the next set up stairs you have a wet room, and then on up to the 3 bedrooms with contemporary and comfortable Chesterfield beds, 2 of which have direct sea views for you to wake up to after a restful sleep. The living room boasts a 3 seater designer Roche Babois sofa in aquamarine, 2 Selleti-Toiletpaper velvet armchairs and 2 velvet leopard print armchairs. With 2 occasional tables and lamps from Kartell, and a glass coffee table. Beautiful art, plants, books, designer jungle print wallpaper, and Mooi chandeliers and rugs. With free Wifi, Flat Screen (65"), Netflix and Amazon Prime. As this is our home the kitchen comes fully fitted with everything you could need during your stay, fridge/freezer, We have installed a water filter so the tap water is ok to drink. Bed linens & towels all included. Guest access Guest have access to the whole property Other things to note - Self check-in via lockbox - Our home has 4 flights of stairs and lots of glass furniture and hasn't been childproofed, but we are happy to host families with children. - Parking: There is free parking ( not private) on the street in front of the property when spaces are available or there is a 24hr car park at Trinity Square which is 5 mins walk away - Please respect our neighbours and enter and leave the building quietly. The apartment has wooden floors and noise travels. And please no shoes inside. Thank you :) As this is our home, our personal possessions are stored inside the property.
