Surf town inn 1, 2, and 3 are rental villas on the same premises, boasting top-class popularity in the Shonan area. (It was the accommodation for the Tokyo Olympics and overseas sailing teams!) You can stay in a group of up to 14 people in the 3 houses combined! We do not allow BBQs, drinking parties, or some Japanese people who are rude! 8-minute walk from Kamakura Koko-mae Station, a popular spot from "Slam Dunk". A house in a quiet environment. Equipped with free bicycles and fiber optic lines, families working from home can stay with peace of mind! Parking requires a reservation 5-minute walk to a popular supermarket. For 2 or more people! (Even if you are alone, you can use it for the price of 2 people) It is also very popular for the long-term stay needs of families who are temporarily returning to Japan! This is a sudden announcement, but we will be closing all 3 buildings at the end of August 2021. For 6 years, more than 10,000 guests have stayed with us, and many 5-star reviews have encouraged us to operate, but we have been unable to continue due to the disappearance of inbound demand due to the coronavirus and the cancellation of the Olympic team. Also great for families living abroad who are temporarily returning home! Since opening 6 years ago, we have been wiping with a surfactant-containing disinfectant and disinfecting the kitchen with alcohol when cleaning. We have the sheets cleaned at a cleaning shop, and the 25 sets of futons are sun-dried in rotation. Towels and pillow covers are finished with a high-temperature gas dryer, and colorful paper cups and kitchen sponges are always provided in the bathroom for the number of guests! This inn is not a so-called private lodging, but is operated with a hotel business license. There are 3 rental villas and a management building on the same premises, so we can help you with any problems. All the houses are independent single-family homes. There is no contact with other guests, so you can stay with peace of mind with your family or group. Currently, check-in is not at the regular management building, but at the entrance of the house you are using, where you will be asked to sign the guest book. Popular business supermarkets and convenience stores are within a 4-5 minute walk, making it a convenient location in Kamakura City. There are 15 free bicycles, including children's bicycles and mama bicycles with child seats, so you can enjoy cycling along the coastline. (Please cover yourself with your own personal liability insurance) Simple lodging standard fire fighting equipment, approved by Kamakura Fire Department. Fire prevention officer has been designated. We have hotel liability insurance. Since this is a formal inn, we ask you to fill in the guest list and provide a copy of your passport (foreign nationals). There has been a surge in late-night noise problems from Japanese guests. Please refrain from drinking alcohol! (No BBQ) For 2 or more people. Tetsudomari Project! [inn2] has a full-fledged "railway room" for experts. If there are no guests staying at the inn, guests staying at [inn 1 · inn 3] can also use it for a fee. Yokohama is also nearby, and Hakone Yumoto Station is an hour and a half away, so you can leave your luggage and go sightseeing for the day! Inside, there are 2 spacious tatami rooms + a western-style living room + a full kitchen! It is also equipped with a large washing machine and gas clothes dryer, and of course, detergents. The toilet is a washlet type, the bath is also an automatic hot water supply, and it is a type that can be reheated. The tatami room can accommodate up to 5 people with futons laid out on 6 tatami mats and 8 tatami mats. We also have a kotatsu for winter!! As an office function, we also provide a computer and printer with unlimited internet access and fiber optic wifi. You can balance work and vacation. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, and dishes, including a variety of Western and Japanese dishes, wine glasses, and tokkuri & ochoko. In winter, we provide a "pan set" with a cassette stove! The TV is equipped with a DVD player for playback. You can watch as many DVDs as you like from our library of Japanese and foreign films. (We provide Japanese subtitles as well as English, French, Chinese, and Korean subtitles) We have also prepared mini billiards, baseball boards, soccer games, etc. so that you can have fun at night. The 2 tatami rooms are fully air-conditioned. The living room has a wooden floor, so we have a warmer oil fan heater to combat the cold. Amenities include body soap, shampoo, bath towels, and hand towels (towels are provided for the number of guests for up to 3 days, so please use the laundry after that) Free rental bikes will improve your footwork. There are 4 26-inch bikes for adults and 1 22-inch bike for children.
