OUR ANIMALS: from llamas to keep our biquettes company. No check-in or check-out on April 14/15/16/17, but a stay during those dates is possible. During the April school holidays, priority is given to reservations of 5 days or more. AIR CONDITIONING In the current context of global warming with the excessive consumption of air conditioning and the energy crisis: (air conditioning which is not mandatory if you do not want to use it because there are also fans available to you) is charged at the end of the stay; it is calculated according to the current kwh rate. The meter reading (meter only for air conditioning) is done together upon arrival and departure. If you do not use it, nothing will be charged and fans will be at your disposal. CLEANING AND LINENS Cleaning and sheets and towels are not included ( 75 euros if you do not want to clean and according to our availability).The linen option (only minimum week subject to availability / no towel rental) is 12 euros for the queen bed and 10 euros per single bed. POOL & BBQ The pool is in operation from the weekend of the Ascension until the end of September BUT normally this year until the end of April. (ask us if it will be ready by the end of April) it is not heated /there is a bubble cover) and the barbecue is not in operation in autumn and winter. As indicated in the listing, the pool is to be shared with the owners; it is to be shared with the owners who book it on Thursday afternoon and Sunday afternoon; the hours during your days from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm except Tuesdays until 6pm. During your hours and days you are alone at the pool and vice versa during our time slot . CAPACITE DU GITE Sleeps up to 6 people (including children and babies) if you are 6 people no additional person per night during the stay. if less than 6 people overnight accepted up to 6 people is the capacity accepted and with our agreement. This is to ensure the safety, comfort and regulatory compliance of our accommodation, we remind you that the maximum capacity of the cottage is strictly limited to 6 people, children and babies included. REDUCTIONS For rentals of two consecutive weeks regardless of the period we give you a discount (according to the evolution of Airbnb's commission) for your entire stay.(impossible to set it on the site). From the beginning of October to the end of May a discount for 6 nights is granted (subject to maintenance of Airbnb's commission) (2 rules cannot be set on the site for the same period already in place the one week discount rule) Significant discount for stay 1 month from the beginning of October to the end of March.. (electricity at extra cost) To give you the discount, first request an information request, not a reservation request, and we can send you a special offer. After the booking request it is also possible but it is more tedious;we have to call Airbnb to give them our approval of the refund. BABY EQUIPMENT We have a high chair at your disposal and crib . As for the beds upstairs, these are trundle beds so if too high the children can take the bottom bed. ANIMALS Pets not allowed CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIME Regarding the arrival time is from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. (10 p.m. flexible...impossible to set up on the site)...it goes without saying that if you have a justified obstacle like Traffic or you warned us that you arrive late or the next day you will be welcome Check-out time is 10 am (09:45 am inventory)but in low and medium season if no one behind or one or two cottage to manage possible until the end of the morning. We personally welcome our guests on arrival and departure (except for unforeseen circumstances), because we are committed to welcoming you in good conditions and ensuring the smooth running of the stay. Guest access ENTIRE PROPERTY The owners reserve the POOL for Thursday afternoon and Sunday afternoon and also every day from 7 p.m. except Tuesday from 6 p.m. During your time slots which are thus from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. except Tuesday until 6 p.m. and Thursday afternoon and Sunday afternoon the pool is yours alone... it is exclusively for you.
