There are overnight garage parking lot options within a five minute walk (.5 and .2 miles) - please see picture if the parking garage location and walking path to our complex. The garage parking lots are paid lots, however we will reimburse you for the cost of one vehicle. The short walk is well worth it once you arrive to the Condo, and most everything you need is within walking distance. In addition, there is free two hour parking in front of our complex where you can unload. Be aware that the walk from the 2 hour parking to our complex entrance is 250ft as there is a garden directly in front of the complex - please see the picture. *** please note that there is no air conditioning in the unit which is common for sub alpine homes. The unit cools down quickly in the evenings with the windows open, and an a/c fan is provided, but want you to be aware of this in the summer months. All of unit #401 and the common areas. Bus stop is right out the front door, with free rides into downtown Steamboat. Hop on the free bus to downtown right outside the front door. Sometimes the hot tubs and other community amenities, may be closed for maintenance or repair, we have no control over this as we only provide a comfortable room/apartment for your stay.
