5th charming room in Geneva

Our house is extremely charming. It is part of a small group of 5 houses, in a dead-end road, built in 1898. Its location 100m from the tram, its quietness and its proximity to the city centre are its main assets. The space We have a small garden surrounded by a lot of greenery. Guest access Shared spaces are: the kitchen & the garden, as long as you clean up after using them. Our maid comes one time per week, on Friday. During your stay I am an architect, I own a dog and there are often other customers from airbnb in the house as well. I'd be happy to have a nice chat with you, share a meal and/or show you the city a little bit if I have the time. Other things to note This house is smoke free, you can smoke in the garden.
