The apartment is designed and equipped namely for short and medium stays, and is designed to make you feel at home. Located on the ground floor of a brand new building, our apartment is the ideal choice for a single or a couple seeking a modern, cozy, comfortable and central place to stay in Lisbon. Either for leisure or for work, our apartment will offer you everything you may need. The space With an area of 55 m2, it comprises a main bedroom, living room, kitchenette and a bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. In the bedroom there is a 140x200 cm double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The living room, decorated with a nordic style, has a double sofa-bed (140x200 cm), a TV Smart Led and a dining table sitting up to 5. All the apartment has high-speed WiFi connection and cable TV with more than 80 channels. The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with hair dryer. The kitchen provides all of the necessary equipment for self catering (fridge, stove, oven, toaster, sandwich maker, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing and drying machine). This apartment has double glazed Windows and electric blackouts to prevent the light from entering. Electric hot water tank capacity is 80 litres (type M) which is the recommendable capacity for a family of 2 to 3 users, assuming a responsible consumption. After that, the tank takes about 1 hour to refill enough for 1 shower (at 45 Celsius) and 2,15 hours to fully refill (at 45 Celsius). Here you can enjoy the peace and restfulness of a real livable apartment, and be quickly and easy in the turistic places to visit. Guest access You will have full access to our apartment! Other things to note There are 2 decorative ladders working as towel racks in the bathroom and as clothing rack in the bedroom. As they are not anchored to the wall, it may fall if too much weight is hold or if pulled by a child. Regarding portable "crib", we only provide a mattress (crib size) and respective bed linen. The crib structure is not available, since it does not fit the bedroom. We advise guests to place the mattress on top of a rug on the floor, surrounded by pillows, next to the double bed, Montessori likewise. A 4.5€ extra charge applies for laundry of baby bedding and towel. Plug and electric information: Plugs: C,F Voltage: 230 V No adapter plug/ conversion accessory for outlet will be provided. We advise to bring your own if personal devices are not compatible. Also note that once the reservation is made, you should send by e-mail personal details (name; nationality; place of birth; date of birth; identity card number; passport number; address of residence; country of residence) and a copy of passport of all guests (of all ages), so we can comply with local laws. This information will be accessible to Immigration and Border Services. National citizens must also provide remotely proof of I.D. card and information of home address. Guests who fulfill this requirement will receive access credentials on the check in date. At check-out the apartment should be left at proper cleaning conditions. The cleaning fee covers a general cleaning and not deep. In case there is need for deep cleaning additional charge will be deducted from safe deposit. Lost of the keys - will be a charge of 350€. Keys left inserted in the door lock (inside the apartment) - will be a charge of 600€. Early check-in and linen changing other than on check-out date might be possible under request and subject to availability and extra fee. For stays of more than 7 days a cleaning fee of 40€, other than the check out’s, will be added on the price per every 7 days, post-booking acceptance. Cleaning fee and check out fee only includes apartment cleaning, linen for one bed, 2 bath towels, 2 face towels. In case the booking is for two guests who request two linen bed sets (for both bed and sofa bed) extra cost applies of 9€.
