Decorated and furnished in modern style and boasting a 'writer's attic', this property is ideal for family and friends’ seaside holidays and trips to the Yorkshire Moors. The space Please note that this property has three sets of steep and winding stairs and therefore may not be suitable for very young children, or those who find stairs difficult. For those happy to climb them, the views from the top are stupendous! You will experience great wi-fi and a smart TV with Sky Sports and Entertainment, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Freeview. We also have smart heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, selection of books and games and Laura Ashley bed-linen. Parking can be difficult in summer but a visitor's permit is supplied and there are always places to be found in the roads nearby. There is also an enclosed yard - shared with neighbours - which allows some outdoor space. We welcome well behaved pets and have facilities for them. Please use the throws and blankets provided to keep muddy/sandy paw marks off the soft furnishings!
