Private room in a quiet house

We offer a private room of 11 m2 with double bed 160 x 200 cm and wall TV 120 cm. In a recent house with garden, pool and parking. No smoking allowed Please no shoes in the house. No eating in the room. The space House located in a quiet subdivision, between Bordeaux, vineyards and beaches (Lacanau, Carcans). Other things to note Breakfast is not included, but we still provide access to our coffee maker.
